A Crate of Succulents


What is a celebration without a gift? My excitement over Easter is unmatched this year. Without kids at home, there isn’t going to be an egghunt, but I still could do egg crafts.


Using an egg carton, a handful of soil, and cuttings from twelve kinds of succulents, this can be a simple gift and reminder of the meaning of Easter. As the spring is referred to as the season of rebirth, renewal and resurrection, succulents could aptly represent these.


For this project, here are the names and photos of a few of the twelve succulent cuttings:
