The Fourth came up way too fast for me. I wasn’t prepared for it, so I had to make something overnight! Display the Stars and Stripes — Let Freedom Ring!
Since my son is now in the Army, I have a stronger sense of gratitude for the freedom we have because of his service. Last year, in his honor I made a wreath with slippers.
Well tonight, with the stores already closed, I had to search my garage for supplies. I found and pulled apart an old Christmas wreath,
rummaged through boxes for ribbons and took a star off the kitchen wall...
to make this Red, White and Blue in a jiffy...
